Airport Privatisations

Since 1995, SAP consultants have been engaged by financial advisors and clients in support of airport privatisations, airline IPOs, and other financing vehicles.

SAP has prepared Independent Market Reports (IMRs) for many of the airline and airport IPOs in the Asia-Pacific region.  In addition, SAP has assisted governments with sell-side advisory services for airport privatisations and bidding consortia for buy-side bids.

SAP analyses include assessments of historical and future trends.  The studies typically include analyses on social and economic trends, long-term aviation activity forecasts, and the impact that low-cost carriers (LCCs) are having on the industry.
